History of HOPPY
1970
HOPPY Industrial Co. was founded with capital NT$ 150,000 to produce phenolic moldings.
1973
Capital increased to NT$360,000. Plant moved to the present site.
1974
Started business with Shi-Lin E. E. & Sampo.
1975
Started transfer molding of phenolic.
1978
Started business with Panasonic Taiwan & Tatung.
1980
Started injection molding of phenolic.
1983
Capital increased to NT$3,000,000. Company renamed to HOPPY Industrial Co., Ltd.
1985
Capital increased to NT$8,000,000. Started production of terminal blocks.
1986
Started business with Teco E. & M., Sanyo Taiwan, Kolin & Taian elec.
1987
Started business with Hitachi Taiwan, Chung-Hsin & Taiwan Fluorescent Lamps.
1988
Started injection molding of engineering plastic.

Started business with Sanyo & Mizuta.
1993
Started business with Fuji E. E., Daikin Industries & Empire.

Started business with Hitachi Mito Work.

Japan office in Kobe started. Started business with Mitsuba.

Greenland Electric started, ISO 9002 certificated (Hoppy Shanghai).
